About Me

My name is Mirela,

and my path to becoming a Medical Beauty Aesthetician was anything but ordinary. I was born in Bosnia and Herzegovina and came to Germany as a child during the war in the 1990s. Later, my professional journey took me to Australia, where I first worked in banking and then built my own event business. Yet behind all of these stages, a clear professional direction was quietly taking shape – shaped by my personal experience with acne and skin problems. Very early on I realised that I did not just want to treat skin, but to understand the causes and change them in a targeted way.

It was my personal struggle with acne that became the real turning point. After countless treatments and visits to dermatologists, I understood that superficial approaches were not enough. I began to see skin on a deeper, functional level – not only as an outer appearance, but as a complex system. This insight marked a decisive change and laid the foundation for the work I do today.

Back in Germany

Determined to follow my calling, I completed my training as a state-certified cosmetician in Germany and additionally obtained the internationally recognised CIDESCO diploma. This was followed by intensive specialisation in the field of medical beauty, with a focus on device-based cosmetics and technology-supported skin treatments – specifically for acne, pigmentation disorders, scarring and skin ageing. Since then, I have continued to invest in advanced education and constantly refine my methods so that I can always offer my clients treatments that reflect the latest state of skin research.

I deepened my practical experience in dermatology practices, among other places, as well as in a leading position at MyDerma in Munich. There I was able to further develop my technical skills and specialise in device-based skin treatments aimed at visible and lasting results.

Early on I specialised in complex skin conditions such as acne, scarring, hyperpigmentation and premature skin ageing. The more demanding a skin condition is, the more precisely and individually I work – always with the goal of improving and stabilising the skin in a sustainable way.

As a Medical Beauty Aesthetician in Munich, I work in an environment that is fully focused on skin health and visible results. My institute in Munich-Schwabing combines modern technologies with highly effective active-ingredient cosmetics and a structured treatment concept. Every treatment is based on a thorough skin analysis and is individually tailored to the current condition of the skin – with the aim of improving and stabilising it in the long term.

My goal is real skin transformation through professional treatments, advanced technologies and a holistic view of the person as a whole. Because every skin tells a story that deserves to be heard.
