On average you need 8-10 laser treatments for permanently smooth facial skin. The face often needs more sessions than other body areas because:

How long does laser hair removal on the face take?
The treatment duration depends on the area: Upper lip takes approx. 15 minutes, chin about 30 minutes, and the complete face approx. 45 minutes. You can continue your normal everyday life immediately afterwards.
Does the facial treatment hurt?
No. Thanks to the integrated cooling system of the Primelase® Laser you only feel a slight sensation of warmth and possibly a gentle tingling. The facial skin is indeed sensitive, but the treatment is significantly more comfortable than waxing or plucking.
Does laser also work with fine or light facial hairs?
The laser works via melanin (color pigments). With dark and brown hairs you achieve best results. With very fine, blonde or gray hairs the effect is limited. Mirela analyzes your hairs in the consultation and gives an honest assessment.
Can I wear makeup after the treatment?
Yes, but wait at least 24 hours. Your facial skin is sensitive after the treatment and should be able to breathe. After one day you can use normal makeup. Avoid perfumed products in the first 48 hours.
