We look at the hair structure (lower legs often have thicker hair than thighs or arms) and discuss your goals.

Sun protection is particularly important on arms and legs, as these are often exposed to the sun. No sports/sauna for 48 hours. The hairs fall out after 2-3 weeks.
FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to laser complete legs?
Thanks to our high-performance laser with a large attachment, a treatment of the complete legs (thighs + lower legs) takes only about 45-60 minutes. Lower legs alone take approx. 20-30 minutes. Arms are treated in about 30-45 minutes.
Does lasering the legs hurt (e.g. on the shin)?
The treatment is very low in pain. In areas where the skin is thinner or lies directly over the bone (like the shin or ankle), the sensation can be slightly more intense, but is immediately soothed by our integrated contact cooling. It is significantly more comfortable than epilating or waxing.
Does laser also work with fine hairs on the arms?
Yes, as long as the hairs contain pigments (melanin). Very fine, light peach fuzz is more difficult to treat than dark hair. In the free consultation, Mirela checks your hair structure on your arms and tells you honestly what result you can expect.
Can I do sports after the treatment?
We recommend abstaining from intense sports, sauna, and swimming pools for 24 to 48 hours. The skin on legs and arms can be irritated by sweat and friction (e.g. tight leggings). Give your skin a short time to calm down.
Can I go out in the sun after the treatment?
Since arms and legs are often uncovered in summer, caution is advised. You should avoid direct sun exposure on the treated areas for at least 2 weeks before and after the treatment or use a very high sun protection factor (SPF 50+) to prevent pigmentation spots.
